Logistics Account Executive
As a Logistics Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for building and managing your own book of business. You’ll source and manage customer accounts, customer onboarding, quoting and oversee freight from pickup to delivery. This is a high-activity, high-reward role — perfect for someone who wants to make money, build relationships, and move fast.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build and manage a portfolio of shipping customers
  • Prospect, cold call, and close new business. Experience in Hubspot is a BONUS
  • Price and quote shipments (van, flatbed, reefer, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate records in our TMS
  • Collaborate with your team to solve problems and keep freight moving

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • 1+ year of experience in freight brokerage or 3PL sales
  • Strong phone skills and confidence in cold outreach
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for logistics, sales, and building relationships

Carrier Sales & Operations Representative
As a Carrier Sales & Operations Rep, your job is to keep the wheels moving. You'll be in the trenches every day — securing trucks, negotiating rates, and building relationships with carrier partners who get the job done. You'll work closely with our Account Executives to ensure freight is covered, tracked, and delivered without a hitch.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Source and secure carrier capacity for FTL shipments (van, flatbed, reefer, etc.)
  • Negotiate rates and build long-term relationships with reliable carriers
  • Manage active loads from pickup to delivery, handling any issues that arise
  • Track shipments, communicate proactively, and update customers and AEs. Use our TMS and tech stack to document and manage freight operations
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and capacity shifts

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • 1+ year of experience in carrier sales, dispatching, or freight operations (preferred)
  • Strong negotiation skills and a fearless, persuasive communication style
  • A relationship-builder who knows how to earn trust with carriers
  • Calm under pressure with solid multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Team-first mindset with the hustle to work independently when needed
  • A love for fast-paced, high-energy work environments or logistics, sales, and building relationships
